Cards, games, and lunch! Join us for our annual Fall Fun Fair at Big Spring Country Club!

This year we are dealing up some changes to our annual Fall Festival. Invite your friends. Come, socialize, eat lunch, and play whatever card or board games you wish. If you don’t play cards or games, then just sit back and enjoy the time with your friends and help us promote Queen’s Daughters and the many spiritual and charitable things we do.

FUNDRAISING:

This year we have chosen to limit gaming during the event. This means there will be no cash capital prize, no gift card tree, and no raffle item opportunities. Instead, we will have games of skill, which do not have to be reported to the state gaming commission. This will eliminate many hours of work for our organization.

We will have a silent auction, guessing games, a gift card draw, and a bake sale. So bring some cash and/or your checkbook. You will want to participate. Remember, all proceeds support our mission.

DONATIONS NEEDED:

If you are unable to attend, please consider simply making a donation to our organization. Gift cards are needed, as well as baked goods for the bake sale at the event. Bring your gift cards to the September 11th meeting or mail them to Donna Bratcher, 8605 Shelbyville Rd, Unit 112, Louisville, KY 40222. Contact Barbara Klump at (502) 718-3757 to volunteer to provide baked goods.
