EVENT SPEAKER

We are excited to welcome chef Nancy Russman as our guest speaker!

Chef Nancy is a native of Louisville, KY, and a proud graduate of SHA class of ’68 where she was awarded Alumnae of the Year in 1997.  She has been honored as Chef of the Year by the Kentucky Chapter of the American Culinary Federation. She is the first chef hired to promote the Kentucky Proud label with the Dept of Agriculture. Nancy got her start as head baker of Grisanti Inc. and finished her career as a full-time instructor of the culinary arts department at JCTC.  

Her true passion is working in the non-profit world where she was Executive Chef of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and then café director and Ex. Chef at Dare to Care’s Kids Café.  

Nancy continues to be the guest speaker at many events throughout our city and state.
