Day of Reflection - 2024
On November 6, 22 of us gathered to Reflect on our Emotions as Gifts from God. We were asked to look at our Emotions as a part of us—not as who we are. It was a wonderful way to address how we feel and what we do as a result of those feelings.
"The passions are morally good when they contribute to good action. They are morally evil when they lead to evil actions. Consequently, emotions or passions need to be guided by reason and will." CCC 1767
